Your Role

  • Responsible for managing and supporting SCCM desktop infrastructure across enterprise environments.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues.
  • Respond to and manage escalated support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Lead software distribution and patch management using SCCM, including building and deploying software packages.
  • Support Microsoft Intune in co-managed environments.
  • Utilize PowerShell or VBScript for automation and optimization of desktop management tasks.
  • Assist in the setup and support of network-related issues, including connectivity and access management.
  • Document support processes, resolutions, and best practices in the ticketing and knowledge management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues and enhance support workflows.

Your Profile

  • 6–9 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure services, with a focus on SCCM and desktop management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SCCM versions 2403 / 2409, including server installation, role configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and VBScript for automation.
  • Experience with WSUS and SUP roles configuration.
  • Knowledge of imaging technologies: image creation, updates, driver packages, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and replication.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS patching, Windows 10/11, mobile device OS, and antivirus solutions.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking for LAN/WAN environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise anti-virus, endpoint protection, and encryption.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
