SAP IBP Supply & Demand Planning

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IBP solution architecture, roadmap creation, fit-gap analysis, and governance.
• Design scalable planning solutions for global supply chains.
• Lead implementation and optimization of:
  • Demand Planning: forecasting, demand sensing, consensus planning, forecast accuracy.
  • Supply Planning: heuristic/optimizer planning, capacity planning, constraint-based planning.
  • Order-Based Planning (OBP): response planning, ATP, supply allocation, deployment planning, shortage management, order-based optimizer, RTI.
  • Inventory Planning: MEIO, safety stock, buffer management, inventory analytics.
• Architect integrations with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, APO, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, BTP, and external systems.
• Lead integration using RTI, CI-DS, SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Connector, and SLT.
• Drive planning master data governance and harmonization.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, architecture reviews, and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead Architect for SAP IBP transformation programs.
• Experience leading global onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong client-facing, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in pre-sales and large transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, or related field.
• SAP IBP Certification preferred.
• SAP Supply Chain certifications are an advantage.

Experience

• 18-20+ years overall experience.
• 15+ years SAP IBP experience.
• 10-15+ end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and OBP.
• Proven experience with RTI and SAP S/4HANA integration.
