Your Role

  • System Configuration: Managing the end-to-end setup of the administrative console, utilizing the Configuration Manager role to maintain system health and synchronization across environments.
  • Integration Management: Configuring and monitoring inbound/outbound connectors to ensure seamless data exchange with external systems via SFTP or Web Services.
  • Business Process Automation: Designing and implementing complex workflows, approval chains, and business rules that align with corporate procurement and HR policies.
  • Rate Management: Configuring and maintaining global rate structures, including rate components and tenure-based adjustments, while utilizing simulators to validate changes.
  • Data Orchestration: Overseeing the data flow between the VMS and integrated interfaces such as Finance (ERP), HR (SuccessFactors), and Employee Data Hubs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Building custom reports and dashboards within the Reporting module to provide actionable insights into contingent labor spend and compliance.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience with the SAP Fieldglass administrative console and a deep understanding of the Configuration Manager dashboard and tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience configuring connectors, managing field mapping, and troubleshooting integration audit trails.
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of contingent workforce management processes, including the lifecycle of job postings, statements of work, and worker onboarding.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in the Fieldglass Reporting module, with the ability to use formulas and custom fields to generate complex datasets.
  • Specification Translation: Ability to interpret both functional and technical specifications to execute system changes that meet specific business requirements.
  • Systems Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with how VMS data interacts with Finance and HR ecosystems to maintain data integrity across the enterprise.
