Your role

• Lead SAP S/4 transformation programs, including greenfield implementations, brownfield or bluefield conversions, and global S/4 rollouts.
• Drive business KPIs for revenue, profitability, and capability growth.
• Develop client relationships and manage all aspects of an engagement.
• Guide clients through bottom-up and top-down approaches to SAP transformations.
• Build client partnerships beyond SAP through successful SAP deliveries.
• Build and develop talent across SAP S/4 capabilities and domains.
• Upskill and cross-skill employees to support new capabilities.
• Attract and hire talent through relevant sources and networks.

Your profile

• Experience managing global SAP transformation programs, ideally S/4, with end-to-end program ownership.
• Strong functional or technical foundation in SAP.
• Experience in a client-facing role at a client site.
• Ability to engage clients on S/4 conversions across project phases.
• Ability to engage client CXOs and drive SteerCo meetings.
• Ability to build strong global teams to manage transformation programs.
• Experience in Agile SAP delivery and providing direction to S/4 transformation programs.
• Strong communication, executive presence, relationship-building and people leadership skills.
