Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
• Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, architecture governance, and S/4HANA EAM best-practice adoption.
• Implement and optimize Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance, Work Order Management, Notification Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Calibration Management, and Shutdown/Turnaround processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, maintenance planners, reliability engineers, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Architect integrations with SAP MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, PS, FI/CO, Asset Accounting (AA), Digital Manufacturing, BTP, and mobility solutions.
• Drive SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, and mobile maintenance initiatives.
Required Skills
• Hands-on experience in Equipment Management, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning & Strategies, Preventive Maintenance Scheduling, Work Clearance Management, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Refurbishment, and Linear Asset Management.
• Extensive SAP S/4HANA EAM implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Fiori applications.
• Integration expertise across SAP MM, FI/CO, PS, Asset Accounting, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Industry Experience
Qualifications
• SAP PM/EAM certification preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
