SAP Customer Service ( CS ) Consultant/Senior Consultant

Your Role:
- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design SAP CS solutions tailored to business needs.
- Configure and support SAP CS modules including service orders, notifications, warranties, and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Your Profile:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP CS module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of service management, equipment master, and warranty processing.
- Experience in integration with SAP SD, PM, and FI modules.
- Proven ability to manage full lifecycle SAP projects including blueprinting, testing, and deployment.
