SAP Concur Configuration Administrator

Your Role

  • Configure and maintain SAP Concur Expense modules including policies, workflows, audit rules, and reporting.
  • Monitor daily expense jobs and related interfaces to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot technical queries via Service Central tickets and deliver change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align configurations with business requirements and compliance standards.

Your Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Concur Expense configuration and support.
  • Strong expertise in expense policy setup, workflow design, audit rules, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring expense jobs and managing related interfaces.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage Service Central tickets effectively.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP Concur and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred).
