Your Role
- Deploy solutions in AWS and on-premises environments, ensuring smooth integration and performance.
- Install and configure FINEOS solutions locally or remotely to support triage and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue status and resolution plans, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Perform technical triage and functional analysis to identify RCA and implement appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support operations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Handle Customer Support Requests (SRs) with a focus on timely and effective resolution.
Your Profile
- 6–9 years of relevant experience in enterprise application support, deployment, and customer engagement.
- Strong expertise in Java (J2EE) technologies including JSP, AngularJS, Node.js, and JNDI.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and services, along with hybrid deployment models.
- Skilled in working with application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, and JBOSS.
- Proficient in databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Aurora) and integration technologies such as SOAP/HTTP, RESTful APIs, WebSphereMQ, SOA, and AquaLogic (Oracle Service Bus).
