Your Role
Job Summary:
The Customer Coordination Manager (CCM) is responsible for leading end-to-end travel product implementations for clients, including relocations, closures, and special projects. Acting as the central point of contact, the CCM ensures seamless onboarding, project tracking, and coordination across internal and client teams. This role demands strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver successful outcomes within defined timelines.
In This Role, You Will
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of client travel implementations.
- Lead planning meetings, weekly calls, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Track project progress using client tools (e.g., OneForm, Task List) and maintain accurate RAG status.
- Coordinate technical setups, testing, and readiness assessments with internal teams.
- Handle risk management, escalations, and post-implementation handovers.
- Collaborate on global implementations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- GBT Branded Tools Knowledge – Familiarity with Connect Client, Expert Care, Expert Auditor, Air Track Expert, etc.
- Technical Coordination – Ability to manage technical setups and telephony integrations.
- Testing & Quality Assurance – Coordinating end-to-end testing with service delivery teams.
- Documentation & Reporting – Skilled in producing agendas, call notes, and maintaining project documentation.
