Project Manager & Scrum Master - Bangalore | Mumbai - 9 to 12 Years

Job Description

• Minimum 9+ years of IT software Project Management experience 
• At least 3+ years Scrum Master experience 
• Should have experience in facilitating daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Should be able to manage the engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases
• Should have the experience to create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate the flow
• Maintain team data in project management software like JIRA, to support estimates and execution
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent problem solving and analytical skills. 

Short Description

• Proven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager 
• Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
• Works with Scrum Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams.
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Ensure to work on different metrics reports, weekly, monthly and maintain project artifacts.
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Track overall project progress and keep informed all key stakeholders
