Process Associate / Sr. Associate - Capital Market

Your Role

Total experience of at least 1-5 years of experience in Financial Services Industry primarily with dealing with Fund Managers, Agents providing Interest rates, various Stock exchanges, Investment Banks etc., Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of Euro Bonds, Structured and hybrid products. Knowledge on Market Data would be an added advantage.

 

 

Your Profile

- In depth understanding of Eurobonds-Reference Data Products and Capital Market

- Good awareness of the Financial Services Industry

- Experience in Back office i.e. liaising with Fund Managers, Rate Fixing Agents, Investment Banks, Stock Exchanges etc

- The candidate must be proficient in Office productivity tools (MS Office)

- Clear, competent, professional written communication in English, including the ability to write compelling responses to formal client requests.

- Needs to have experience in managing international customers (from a service delivery perspective)

- Experience in operational excellence initiatives such as Six Sigma, ISO 9000 etc. desirable

- Flexible, able to work under pressure, determination to succeed, mature approach, keen to learn, etc.

- Should be willing to work in all shifts including night shifts

- Experience of working in a matrixed environment, possibly with a split reporting line (functional & Geographical)

- Understand Automated data feeds and perform quality check

- Good understanding of technology used to create and store datasets

- Knowledge about financial markets that enables providing basic training for new joiners9

- Quality assurance of one’s own input to validate the accuracy, coverage and completeness of the information provided by various data sources. Uses all available checking tools.

- Knowledge of input procedures and ability to implement any changes to input procedures effectively.

- Able to prepare input procedures and instructions

- Able to train new joiners according to given training schedule

- Able to identify areas of potential improvement on a single task level
