Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Senior Developer / Lead with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on automation, business intelligence, and seamless integration. Excellent communication and should be able to work independently.

  • Develop, and maintain comprehensive Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows (Cloud and Desktop).
  • Hand’s on development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Power Automate, including UI and Image-based automation.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including Dataverse, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Develop and manage Custom Connectors and leverage Azure services to extend the platform's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of existing Power Platform applications and automated processes.
  • Stay current with the latest Power Platform updates and features to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software development dedicated to the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Automate, with hands-on experience in building both Cloud flows and Desktop flows (UI and Image automation).
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing custom Canvas Apps with complex formulas and data integrations.
  • Experience with Dataverse as a database, including building tables, relationships, and business rules.
  • Proficiency in connecting to and working with SQL databases and SharePoint as data sources for Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience in building and managing Custom Connectors and utilizing Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
