Power & Utilities Lead - SME Grid Network

Job Description

Seeking a senior leader across the Power & Utilities industry and consulting, combining deep expertise in Grid Operations, OT, Network Planning, AEMS/ADMS, Grid Modernization, and Energy Transition with the ability to shape market-leading consulting and technology-led transformation programs. The individual will co-lead the global Networks business, drive growth, develop innovative offerings, and position AI as a core enabler of the future grid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Networks & Grid Modernization business, driving growth, strategic pursuits, and executive client relationships.
• Advise utility CXOs on grid modernization, transmission & distribution transformation, network investment planning, capital projects, resilience, and energy transition.
• Lead large transformation programs spanning:
• Grid Modernization & Digital Grid
• AEMS, ADMS, DERMS, EMS/DMS
• SCADA & Control Centre Transformation
• OT Modernization and IT/OT Convergence
• Smart Grids, Grid Edge and Distributed Energy Integration
• Drive consulting-led engagements in network planning, asset management, regulatory performance, and operational excellence.
• Develop alliances and ecosystem relationships with utilities, OEMs, hyperscalers, and technology partners.
• Build global capability, mentor teams, and create differentiated assets, accelerators, and offerings.
• Lead the application of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Digital Twins, Advanced Analytics, and Autonomous Operations within utility networks.
• Develop next-generation offerings around AI-assisted network planning, outage prediction, asset intelligence, and grid optimization.

Primary Skills

• 15+ years' experience with a blend of utility industry and top-tier consulting.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation and business growth initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage Boards, CXOs, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Recognized thought leader in Future Grids, OT, Grid Modernization, and AI-enabled Utilities.
