Oracle Fusion Technical Architect

Job Description

• Leadership role as Lead Pre-Sales Architect responsible for driving end-to-end orchestration and solutioning of Oracle Cloud/SaaS and on-premises offerings and proposals (RFPs, RFIs, etc.) for clients across NA, EMEA, and APAC geographies, focused on Finance, SCM, and HCM domains based on core expertise.
• Experience in competitive positioning, value articulation, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable. A passion for innovation and a strong drive to contribute to topline growth and business transformation will be key to success in this role.

Our Ideal Candidate

• The role demands 12+ years of relevant experience in the Oracle domain, including industry-specific knowledge and/or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS exposure, with a strong background in implementation or presales activities such as bid management, POCs, and POVs.
• A deep understanding of Oracle SaaS and on-premises products, their roadmaps, and strategic positioning is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
