Your Role

We are seeking experienced Oracle Database Administrators (Oracle DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring, optimizing, and securing Oracle database environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical applications.

  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Database environments.
  • Manage database upgrades, migrations, patches, and refresh activities.
  • Monitor database performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
  • Perform database tuning, SQL tuning, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Manage backup and recovery strategies using RMAN.
  • Configure and support High Availability (HA) solutions including RAC, Data Guard, and ASM.
  • Implement database security standards, user management, and access controls.
  • Perform capacity planning, storage management, and database health checks.

Your Profile

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
  • Support application deployment, release management, and database changes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
  • Hands-on experience with: Oracle Database 12c, 19c, 21c or higher, Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle ASM, RMAN Backup & Recovery, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Database Performance Tuning, SQL & PL/SQL
  • Experience in database patching, upgrades, cloning, and migration activities.
  • Strong knowledge of database security, auditing, and compliance standards.
  • Experience managing large-scale production environments.
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
