Oracle Apps DBA

Your Role

•  Lead transformation programs processes define requirements manage delivery expectations coordinate activities communication timelines manage hours etc.
•  Partners across business departments to identify user requirements strategizes with staff and then prioritizes customer needs to ensure solutions are accessible and intuitive
•  Presents analysis recommendations and potential solutions to the project team and key stakeholders verbally and through documentation
•  Put forward best practices for executing the duties for Oracle Applications DBA and implement the best practices where applicable
•  Set example by establishing great customer relationships and foster customer satisfaction objective within the team
•  Establish right approval and exception management processes and define governance processes where the current processes are inadequate
•  Leads and fosters a collaborative and high-performing Oracle Applications ERP DBA team and effectively coaches the team to be self-organizing
•  Effectively managing outstanding actions for the Oracle Application team and prepare present dashboards showing performance of the team
•  Be responsible and accountable for delivering excellent service ensuring SLA's for system availability performance issue resolution project deliverables
•  Ability and experience with providing resource forecasts project estimations and build business cases for project within the Oracle Applications stream
•  Ability to escalate and defer requests where applicable
•  Managing DBA architects with knowledge on Enterprise Architect principles are required

• Clear understanding on On-premises DC services Hybrid model functionality Application interfaces functioning in Hybrid scenario sound Knowledge on Oracle Applications DBA, Tuning at SQL Level, RDBMS Architecture, Workflow, Performance Tuning, DB Sizing, Tech API & Interface
• Expert level at project management and collaboration tools Confluence JIRA Excel PPT Miro boards etc.s  
• Quarterly CPU Security patching Oracle Apps Instance
• Refresh cloning Oracle Apps Instances maintenance and availability is desirable
