Job Description
- Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects related to the provision of services and compliance with the contracted service levels.
- Responsible for relations with Customer on the respective engagement, in terms of solutions, objectives, execution and follow-up of problems.
- Management of the team members including workforce planning, attrition and talent management
- Meet the defined SLA/OLA’s.
- Drive Improvement initiatives with measurable benefits.
- Manage the allocation of delivery resources to key organizational priorities in support of continuous improvements
- Training of Client operational resources in line with client and engagement requirements
- First level of escalation between Customer and Capgemini for the respective stream
- Accountable for Weekly reviews and Responsible for the Monthly reviews with customer
