Your Role
- Lead daily production support operations, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and business expectations.
- Provide Level 2 support, resolve incidents, and manage service/change requests aligned with ITIL processes.
- Analyze recurring issues, drive root cause investigations, and implement permanent fixes for stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Manage and mentor a production support team, contribute to process improvements, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
- 12+ years of experience in Application L2 Production Support, Business Analysis, and Monitoring.
- Proficient in SQL, application monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Azure Dashboard.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management); ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and Windows server environments.
- Proven ability to lead production support teams, drive root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes and process improvements.
