Operation Consultant

Your Role

We are looking for a Operation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience for Mumbai location who will be in managing operations preferably in Sales, Delivery and Pre-Sales function, project management will be a plus.

• Operations Consultant will be the primary point of contact for the team and will work closely with team lead and other function leads.

• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.

• Help the organization’s processes remain legally and regulatory compliant and examining financial data & using analytical skills leverage them to improve profitability.

• Manage budgets and forecasts, perform quality controls and monitor KPIs. Should manage and coordinate in Recruit, train and supervising staff and will ensure timely and successful delivery of reports/dashboards.

• Creating, owning and amending key documents such as budget plans, weekly/monthly reports overview packs, org charts, stakeholder maps etc. Tracking key actions and providing support to the team Lead. Strategy and planning – support formulation of strategy for driving various initiatives for the business growth. Check report accuracy for all operations reporting prior to circulation and modify/ redesign reports according to BU/SBU requirements and business priorities.

Your Profile

• Prior experience in sales/ financial reporting with strong operations background
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have excellent Excel capabilities, problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Strong business acumen and experience of providing key account KPI’s to support the business
• Has experience of working with various tools to support the processes
