Online Support Consultant I Mumbai

Job Description

You will be part of Capgemini India and will be responsible for working with onshore digital & 
product marketing teams to -
• Respond to product related questions from customers & end users 
• Respond to queries in a timely and polite manner giving as much relevant information as 
possible

In this role you will Play a Key Role In

• Responsible for providing online support for queries received via client website/s and social 
media channels
• Provide polite and respectful responses to customer queries and issues in English
• Share correct product related material and information with the customer
• Write support articles to offer and improve customer self-service options 
• Build effective goodwill with the customer and help build a positive brand image for the 
client
• Adhere to the client’s SLA’s for the topics covered under online support domain
• Ensure timely adherence to the escalation matrix

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-4 years of working with standard content management systems, viz. WordPress
• 3-4 years of working on an online customer service tool/ticketing tool like Jira incl. 
experience in Salesforce case handling or Salesforce Community / Knowledge
• 3-4 years of experience as an online customer support representative in English
• 2-3 years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with good Excel and PowerPoint
skills
