Your Role
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of services across diverse, multi-skilled, and geographically distributed teams. This role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, customer-centricity, and the ability to drive transformation and innovation across engagements.
- Lead multi-skilled, multi-location teams and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage financials including budgeting, P&L, and margin improvement.
- Drive customer satisfaction, innovation, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and engage with C-level stakeholders.
- Lead automation, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and Agile-based execution.
- Ensure accurate reporting, stakeholder communication, and governance.
- Mentor teams and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Your Profile
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in sales enablement and transformation programs.
- Techno-functional expertise in SAP, ERP, Oracle, or custom software.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and KPI-driven delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in sales enablement and transformation programs.
