Marketing & Reporting Expert

Job Description

MACS is a large global operation of more than 350 marcom professionals in India and Poland, providing a multitude of services across streams such as marketing, communications, digital, analytics, martech and creative services to the Marketing & Communications functions of Capgemini.


This role focuses on supporting the execution of marketing, reporting, and analyst relations deliverables. It involves contributing to timely analytics, providing operational assistance, and helping ensure outputs are aligned with Group Industrialization’s (GI) strategic priorities. The position requires strong attention to detail, proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time results that reinforce GI’s objectives and visibility.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs & tracking methods.
  • Capability to create data stories with the help of dashboards in defined timelines.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated ability to solve problems.
  • Agile mindset and good understanding of MVP / iterative development is desired.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) - Essential for effective communication with global stakeholders and for producing high-quality content across marketing and communication activities.

Skills/Experience

  • Exposure to global environments and cultural sensitivity.
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of B2B digital marketing processes and analyst relations.
  • Experience in program management, strategic planning, and customer interaction management.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operations efficiency and service delivery.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to deliver outcomes with limited direction.
  • Will be an edge: Strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills.
  • At least 2 - 3 years experience in digital marketing on Social Media
