Requirements:

• Ability to translate business requirements into digital transformation, automation, and AI-led manufacturing solutions.Strong experience in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, and Smart Factory operations.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing business processes including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Asset Management.
• Understanding of MES, SCADA, PLC, DCS, Historian, and Manufacturing IT/OT systems.
• Experience in Industry 4.0, IIoT, Digital Twins, Connected Factory, and Data Analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with plant operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Proven ability to lead consulting engagements, solution design, pre-sales support, and manufacturing transformation programs.
• Experience with Industrial Automation products from automation customer/vendors.
