Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Manager – 10 Years to 15 Years to define, lead, and govern enterprise‑scale Microsoft Business Applications solutions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end solution architecture, technical governance, and delivery oversight across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive scalable and future‑ready solutions.

Your Profile

  • Define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations with strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead technical design and architecture workshops, translating business requirements into logical, conceptual, and physical architecture blueprints.
  • Architect enterprise solutions using Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and supporting Power Platform services.
  • Drive extensibility and customization patterns including Plugins (C#/.NET), PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, custom connectors, and complex automation scenarios.
  • Design and govern Azure integrations using Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and event‑driven architectures.
    Own ALM and DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, solution segmentation, environment modeling, branching strategies, and release governance using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical governance through architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and solution quality assurance.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and delivery leads to conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, architecture runway planning, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
    Support complex troubleshooting across environments and guide teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform governance.
    Mentor development teams and act as a trusted technical advisor for Microsoft Business Applications engagements.
