Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect – 10 Years to 15 Years to define, lead, and govern enterprise‑scale Microsoft Business Applications solutions. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end solution architecture, technical governance, and delivery oversight across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive scalable and future‑ready solutions.

Your Profile

  • Define solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations with strong focus on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Lead technical design and architecture workshops, translating business requirements into logical, conceptual, and physical architecture blueprints.
  • Architect enterprise solutions using Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and supporting Power Platform services.
  • Drive extensibility and customization patterns including Plugins (C#/.NET), PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, custom connectors, and complex automation scenarios.
  • Design and govern Azure integrations using Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and event‑driven architectures.
    Own ALM and DevOps strategy, including CI/CD pipelines, solution segmentation, environment modeling, branching strategies, and release governance using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical governance through architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and solution quality assurance.
    Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and delivery leads to conduct requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Lead technical estimation, sprint planning, architecture runway planning, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.
    Support complex troubleshooting across environments and guide teams on best practices, design patterns, and platform governance.
    Mentor development teams and act as a trusted technical advisor for Microsoft Business Applications engagements.

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules, customization techniques, and extension frameworks.
  • Strong command of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, relationship patterns, security roles, and performance considerations.
  • Advanced hands‑on experience across Power Platform – Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and governance controls.
  • Strong technical skills in C# plugin development, PCF controls, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Architect‑level experience with Azure Integration Services, API ecosystems, and event‑driven / distributed architectures.
  • Proven experience defining solution architectures, non‑functional requirements (NFRs), and standardized integration patterns.
  • Solid DevOps and ALM experience using Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, and enterprise solution lifecycle management.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision‑making skills in complex enterprise environments.

Good To Have

  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Generative AI integrations, and prompt‑engineering concepts within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Exposure to Power Pages, Azure OpenAI, and advanced enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience leading legacy CRM migrations or multi‑cloud / hybrid architecture transformations.
  • Microsoft Certifications such as PL‑600, PL‑400, AZ‑305, or MB‑600.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to present architecture and solution strategies to CXO and senior leadership audiences.
  • Excellent design‑thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
