Your Role

  • Lead enterprise MDM strategy and transformation engagements. Define enterprise-wide MDM vision, roadmap, operating model and governance framework. Advise clients on data strategy, governance and AI-ready data foundations. Lead executive workshops with business, technology and Data Office leadership. Define target-state architecture and governance across master data domains.
  • Drive solution strategy across MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata and Reference Data Management. Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams. Lead proposals, client pursuits and solution development. Mentor managers and consultants while contributing to capability building. Support practice growth through reusable assets and methodologies.
  • Experience delivering MDM and Data Governance programs across one or more industries, including: Consumer Products & Retail (CPG/CPR), Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Telecommunications
  • Functional Expertise: Enterprise Master Data Management, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Quality, Reference Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Operating Model, Data Stewardship, Enterprise Data Architecture, AI & Analytics Data Foundations
  • Technology Exposure: Experience with one or more: SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, Semarchy, Stibo STEP, EBX, Ataccama

Your Profile

  • 14–16 years of consulting and enterprise MDM experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and advisory skills.
  • Experience leading proposals, business development and solutioning.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
