Senior Documentation Design Specialist

You will be responsible for designing high quality, visually engaging presentations that align with our brand identity. You will use your expertise in design and documentation to create presentations that are engaging and user friendly. When appropriate, think about employing animation to generate captivating documents and spectacular client presentations. With stakeholders from all areas of the business, including product development, marketing, and other divisions, you will collaborate. Try to understand their requirements so that you can give them a version that is simple to change. Ability to manage people under your supervision.

Job Description

• Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality visual designs for presentations and documentation projects.
• Manage a design team of two or more members supporting one or more engagements within MACS.
• Prepare regular utilization reports.
• Support the stream lead in organizational actives like recruitment and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their design needs and requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new technologies to improve your efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all visual designs are of high quality and adhere to design standards and guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of deliverables in accordance with directives from the stream lead or design lead.
• Introduce / leverage new formats in design like Infographic, iPPT and other documentation designs.
• Maintain speed of execution and response upon deadline.
• Foster collaboration with fellow designers on the team, as well as engage with members from various streams like marketing, digital, and communications.

Experience

• 6+ year’s industry experience specifically in Documentation
• Experience working with advertising agencies or branding companies.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Strong understanding of design and art direction.
• Degree or diploma from a leading art or design institute or related field.
• Cross-cultural background.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Visio, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is preferred. It is also advantageous if the applicant makes some sort of animated gif or video that they can include into the PowerPoint presentation.
