Looker Expert

Your Role

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Business Intelligence solutions using Google Looker (LookML) to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.
• Architect and maintain robust data models, semantic layers, LookML explores, and views, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to define requirements, establish reliable data pipelines, and implement BI best practices and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring BI developers, driving high-quality project delivery, and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and end-to-end BI solution delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise in Google Looker (LookML), dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, relational databases, data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects.
