Your Role

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Lakeside Systrac across desktops, laptops, and VDIs.
  • Assess customer environments and develop tailored deployment and architecture plans.
  • Install, configure, and integrate SysTrack components, ensuring security and performance.
  • Deploy and validate endpoint agents, monitor system health, and automate deployment rules.
  • Create documentation and deliver training to enable a smooth transition to the new team.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years in IT with at least 5 years of hands-on Lakeside Systrac experience.
  • Expertise in SysTrack setup, troubleshooting, and automation (e.g., PowerShell scripting).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and server management.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for both technical and non
  • Any certification in Lakeside Systrac or similar tools.
  • Able to support key transition times and address urgent issues during the handover period.
