Your Role

The Ivalua Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and management of Ivalua Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) solutions. Depending on the level, the role ranges from execution support and configuration to solution architecture, delivery ownership, and people leadership.

Core Responsibilities (Applies Across Levels)

  • Implement and support Ivalua S2P modules including:
    • Sourcing
    • Supplier Management (SIM)
    • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
    • Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
    • Invoicing & Spend Analysis
  • Translate procurement and business requirements into Ivalua solutions
  • Configure forms, workflows, approvals, and business rules
  • Support integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, others)
  • Conduct testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and go‑live support
  • Prepare functional documentation and training materials
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and solution quality standards

 

Your Profile

  • Assist in requirement documentation and configuration
  • Perform basic Ivalua setup and data validation
  • Execute test cases and defect tracking
  • Support post‑go‑live activities and issue resolution
  • Basic understanding of S2P / procurement processes
  • Exposure to Ivalua platform
  • Strong documentation and learning aptitude
