Inventory Optimization Expert

Your Role

  • Design and implement multi-echelon inventory models across plants, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Develop safety stock strategies to balance service levels and cost effectively.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify excess and shortages across nodes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to align inventory policies with demand and supply variability.

Your Profile

  • 8–10+ years of experience in inventory management and optimization across multi-echelon supply chain networks.
  • Expertise in safety stock calculation methods, service level trade-offs, and inventory modeling techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in inventory optimization tools (ToolsGroup, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP). 
  • Ability to link inventory decisions to cost-to-serve and overall supply chain performance for working capital efficiency
