Your Role

• Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop automated workflows to streamline HR processes.
• Integrate data from various HR systems and sources into the Power Platform.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all solutions.
• Implement data validation and quality checks.
• Work closely with HR teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration.
• Provide training and support to HR staff on using Power Platform tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Implement best practices for data visualization and workflow automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Innovation 
• Stay up to date with the latest data visualization technologies and trends.
• Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to improve data visualization processes.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data integration, cleaning, and transformation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated learner attitude and a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly in GenAI.

• Well-versed in working in an Agile framework.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities/role and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data visualization and business intelligence, with a portfolio of past projects.
• Experience with HR data and metrics is a plus.
