Your Profile

  1. Design Expertise – Create customized PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and Word documents with strong visualization and formatting skills.
  2. Tool Proficiency – Expert in MS Office (O365), especially PowerPoint and Word; familiar with Copilot and Generative AI tools.
  3. Creative Thinking – Understand business requirements and translate them into impactful visual outputs independently.
  4. Quality & Consistency – Deliver high-quality, brand-consistent materials under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  5. Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with sales/presales teams, contribute to creative solutions, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive projects.

Your Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Presentations & Infographics – Create visually engaging PowerPoint decks and illustrations for sales/presales teams.
  2. Word Documentation – Independently format and produce high-quality Word documents aligned with brand standards.
  3. Creative Conceptualization – Understand requirements and visualize creative outputs using strong design skills.
  4. Leverage Gen AI Tools – Use Copilot and Generative AI effectively to enhance visual impact and productivity.
  5. Collaboration & Quality Delivery – Work closely with teams, manage multiple tasks, and deliver accurate outputs within deadlines.
