Formatting and Documentation Specialist

Your Role

To routinely conceptualize and execute creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic within the assigned project(s), and present forth the client.

• in this Role you will play a Key Role in: 
  Work on the formatting and redesigning of documents, presentations, and other design collaterals
•  To create designs from scratch
• Interact with clients and Stakeholders to understand the requirement and set the right expectations
• Understand client requirement and flavor, and incorporate it in the outputs
• Provide time estimates for each deliverable
• Perform as a multi-tasker
• Thorough knowledge on composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces (i.e., attention to detail)
• Demonstrate complete understanding of:
• Color theory and color relationships
• Perspective and space relationships & Page composition and grid structures
  Represent ideas through simple, yet impactful design

Your Profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting
• Must possess exceptional computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
• Thorough knowledge and design working experience using the following software applications is required
• MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
• Knowledge and working experience on Adobe After effects and Figma will be an added advantage
