Financial Controller (Sr. Manager)

Your profile

• Practice controlling & reporting (Actual, Forecast, Budget, Restatement)
• Management of P&L lines, ensuring structural & transaction accuracy by coordinating with different teams

Your role

• Provide accurate & timely reporting and analysis to the BU management team and to the Group: co-ordination, control, compliance check with TransFORM for the inputs from BUs
• Supporting the BU reporting teams in any question regarding P&L performance & analysis
• Provide inputs for business reviews and support the BU CFO with ad hoc analysis as needed
• Support initiatives driven by the Group or the BU management (e.g. implementation of new tools, specific analysis, etc.)
• Launch Dashboard and Scorecard initiatives.
• Finance qualification with sound and relevant experience in reporting and controlling. Knowing HFM.
• Several years of professional experience within Capgemini or in an international company preferably coming from IT consulting industry (project business)
• Good knowledge of TransFORM
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
