Finance PMO

Your Role

• Act as a strategic finance partner to business and technology leaders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple departments.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize costs and improve financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting for revenue, expenses, and headcount.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assist in executive presentations and strategic decision-making support.

Your profile

• Strong strategic business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Solid experience in financial reporting and analysis; prior FP&A experience required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick adaptability and independent learning.
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
