Job Description

  • Prepare reports and schedules for actuals, analysis and to provide reports to COE team for upload in HFM.
  • Responsible for analysing the P&L and KPI’s
  • Work with COE on data uploads from GFS to HFM and its validations. 
  • Prepare month P&L and KPI summary. 
  • Conduct variance analysis month on month, quarter on quarter.
  • Responsible for book close process and month end activities
  • Assist controllers in analysing the margins for customers and projects.
  • Create ISOW’s and pass entries for cost recoveries
  • Perform actuals vs forecast and budget variance analysis on costs with detailed breakdown, challenge actuals as needed.
  • Prepare and analysis of various management Dashboards and manage discissions around Dashboard analysis with Business leaders, as needed (MIS experience a big plus!)
  • Work on Intercompany transactions and ensure no outstanding inventory on all internal projects.
  • Activities include validating and completing Contractual / Internal SOW compliance, invoicing, posting of cost recovery / cross charge entries.
  • Prepare accounting entries for accruals etc. as needed monthly.
  • Legal entity reporting and reconciliations (including PL3 reconciliation)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams and influencing stakeholders for results
  • Experienced on budgeting, forecasting, variance Analysis, P&L Management 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands on experience in reporting / FP&A domain and processes and Corporate Finance, experience of SAP, Oracle ERP and Business Objects is must.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion, data cubes, Power BI tools a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills and consistent track record to coordinate and complete projects independently as well as with a team, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and perform within tight deadlines with high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Good understanding of IFRS
  • Very strong and advanced technical skills needed on Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Highly proactive with desire for continuous improvement
  • Profile will require lot on hands-on operations with above tools
  • Ability to lead the team and build a high-performance team.
