Your Role

The incumbent would work in a cross-functional teaming environment and drive business agenda across various stakeholders

 

In this role you will play a key role in:

 

  • 10+ years in with top consulting firms or consulting arms of Indian IT firms or with utilities / New Energy industry itself. Experience of global delivery models in the consulting / digital business; working with clients in NA market
  • Commercial shaping and solution architecting – you will be commercially savvy and bring a value lens to all our work with clients and internal stakeholders. Ability to work across sales, delivery, business development, solutioning and people management skill.
  • Strong sector expertise with ability to work with global clients and stakeholders. Experience of working in large advisory companies across geographies and cultures

Your Profile

  • Knowledge of utilities customer platforms and /or Digital operations / IoTisation and transformation.

 

  • Worked on Smart grid / Renewable & Storage / DERMS / Energy Efficiency / Demand Response / Intelligent Asset Management / Decarbonization strategy / sustainability agenda.

 

  • Strong client facing experience. Passionate, high energy, excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
