Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and performance management processes.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle EPM Cloud applications as per business requirements.
  • Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Design and document functional specifications, business process flows, and solution designs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for data integrations, automation, and reporting requirements.
  • Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.
  • Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, finance teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Your Profile

  • Strong experience in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud modules:
    • Enterprise Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS), Narrative Reporting, FreeForm Planning
  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Experience in metadata management, business rules, data forms, Smart View, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Data Management, Data Integration, EDMCS, and EPM Automate.
  • Understanding of integration with Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
