Your Role

  • Drive adoption, implementation, and optimization of Digital Experience Management (DEX) platforms like Nexthink and Systrack.
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
  • Define clear value propositions, use cases, and ROI for deployments.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead structured delivery across the entire lifecycle – from discovery to go-live and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and SME for DEX capabilities and best practices.

Your Profile

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Nexthink, Systrack, or similar DEX/EUEM tools.
  • Ability to analyze digital experience data and articulate insights clearly.
  • Understanding of device performance, end-user telemetry, experience scoring, and operational metrics.
  • Proven track record in project management and structured delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled in customer-facing presentations, storytelling, and value articulation.
  • Certifications in Nexthink or Systrack (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Background in consulting, service delivery, business analysis, or technical program management.
