Your Role

Own solution design and delivery for Coupa S2P programs across one or more modules: Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PR-PO), Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, CLM, Supplier Information Management (SIM/Supplier Portal), Catalogs, Budgets, Approvals. Coordinate with business, technology, and suppliers to ensure scalable, compliant solutions with measurable adoption and savings.

  • Conduct discovery & requirement workshops; create BRD/FSD/Configuration Workbooks.
  • Configure Coupa: Chart of Accounts, Commodity Codes, Approval Chains, Budgets, Forms/Fields, Catalogs, Suppliers, Invoicing rules, 2/3-way match, Expense policies.
  • Sourcing & CLM: Event setup, templates, scoring, clause library, contract authoring & workflows.
  • Supplier Enablement: onboarding, risk/compliance data, profiles, payment methods, TIN/VAT validation.
  • Testing: SIT, UAT, regression; defect triage; data readiness & cutover.
Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Job Description - Grade Specific

  • Integrations: Work with middleware/ERP teams for Master & Transactional integrations (Suppliers, Items, COA, POs, Invoices, Receipts, Payments); use REST APIs, SFTP/Flat files, Webhooks.
  • Support: Hypercare, release management, enhancements, and user training.
  • Lead multi-workstream delivery; define program governance, RAID, KPIs, and benefits realization (savings, compliance, cycle time).
  • Create product roadmap, release calendars, and change management plan (ADKAR/comms/training).
  • Manage budgets, capacity, partner/vendor teams, and executive stakeholder communications.
  • Drive adoption & compliance (catalog enablement, guided buying, policy adherence).
  • Mentor team; establish Coupa CoE standards, templates, and best practices.
