Job Description
- Establish a firm foundation in the Control-M environment, functioning of components and capabilities of various add-on products.
- Install Control-M/Server and associated fix packs and establish communication with OpCon / Control-M/EM, using the OpCon / Control-M Configuration Manager user interface.
- Install, configure, and administer agent platforms, including Control Application Plug-ins and install agents on machine.
- Implement agent platforms for job execution.
- Configure options related to alerts, email, and STMP.
- Manage and troubleshoot daily processing.
- Implement Business Service Management features of the OpCon / Control-M solution, including OpCon / Control-M/Forecast, BMC Batch Impact Manager, and OpCon / Control-M Self Service
- Use various / Control-M/EM utilities and OpCon / Control-M/Server utilities to administer the products.
- Implement security options by defining users and groups, and by selecting configuration options.
- Prepare Documentation, like SOP’s & RCA’s.
- Deep analysis on failure and implement permanent fix for reoccurring failures.
- Mentor junior team members.
