Your Role

  • Owns and maintains the Configuration Management process.
  • Defines CMDB policies, standards, naming conventions, and data models.
  • Ensures CMDB aligns with ITIL practices, audit requirements, and organizational architecture.
  • Designs and maintains the CI class structure, relationships, and lifecycle workflows.
  • Ensures the CMDB supports critical services, dependencies, and business mapping.

Your Profile

  • Coordinates with teams such as:
    • Discovery/Monitoring
    • Cloud
    • Network
    • Security
    • Application Owners
    • Service Owners
  • Manages escalations and ensures CI ownership is clearly defined.
