Job Description

  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Windows server In-depth knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2019; 2016;2012; 2008) management and administration.
  • High-level trouble shooting skill covered in OS related issues; which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in server security hardening which includes patching; antivirus; and PKI infrastructure. Good knowledge on Microsoft clustering and experience in building the cluster configuration. Good knowledge on Microsoft NLB services.
  • Experience in  designing Server infrastructure. Working experience on Windows infrastructure services like FTP; Telnet; DNS and DHCP etc.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft licensing for Servers; Terminal services etc.
  • Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-2 team. Should possess work experience on migration/upgradation projects.
  • Basic knowledge on PowerShell scripting.
  • Troubleshooting Windows AD setup; replication; authentication issues Patch management experience via SCCM; HPSA tools. Working Knowledge of File and Print servers.
  • Working Knowledge in DFS.
