Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect based in Mumbai to lead presales and solutioning for large, strategic outsourcing deals (TCV $20Mn+). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in application and multi-tower outsourcing, with a strong track record in crafting innovative, client-centric solutions. 

• Lead end-to-end solutioning for RFPs/RFIs including delivery models, transformation roadmaps, and commercials
• Develop governance structures, staffing models, service levels, and enabling tools
• Drive proposal defense, BAFO, and contract negotiation support
• Maintain a win/down-selection rate of 60%+ and high utilization (>85%)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build differentiated value propositions
• Contribute to solutioning best practices and internal capability building

Your Profile

• Strong presales experience in AMS (RFP/RFI, solutioning, estimation).
• Broad tech knowledge (SAP, Custom Apps, Digital, GenAI).
• Proven success in strategic outsourcing deals (TCV $20Mn+).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Certifications (ITILv3, PMP/PRINCEII) and SAP experience are a plus.
