Skills Needed
- Bachelors Degree and Excellent communication.
- 10 years experience supporting AxiomSL in a banking environment.
- Experience supporting FR 2052a and FR Y15 reports.
- Experience supporting Finance Regulatory Reporting Teams.
- PLSQL and relational databases Oracle SQL Server.
- Data analysis and reconciliation process.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to operate effectively under tight regulatory deadlines.
- Attention to detail and control oriented mindset.
- Proactive ownership of production stability and continuous improvement.
- Experience supporting additional regulatory reports.
- Knowledge of liquidity risk LCR NSFR or capital reporting.
- Experience with data governance data lineage and regulatory controls.
- Exposure to Unix Linux and Windows environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2L3 application support for AxiomSL regulatory reporting platform and data warehouse reporting.
- Support end to end regulatory reporting lifecycle including data sourcing transformation aggregation validation and report generation.
- Monitor daily monthly quarterly production cycles for FR 2052a Complex Institution Liquidity.
- Monitoring Report and FR Y15 Systemic Risk Report and other regulatory reports.
- Investigate and resolve data breaks reconciliation issues and validation failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Support regulatory filing timelines with strict adherence to SLAs.
- Partner with Regulatory Reporting and Treasury teams to interpret regulatory instructions and implement changes.
- Support regulatory change management and testing for new releases and rule updates.
- Assist with internal and external audit inquiries related to liquidity and systemic risk reporting.
- Configure and support AxiomSL Controller View objects data sources portfolios and workflows.
- Develop and maintain data mappings and transformations SQL ETL processes.
- Implement automation and process improvements to enhance control and efficiency.
- Participate in upgrades patching and platform optimization initiatives.
- Maintain documentation including data lineage technical specifications and runbooks.
- Support BCDR testing and ensure platform resiliency.
- Flexibility to work during nonbusiness hours and provide on call support including overnight batch support and weekend support.
Other Information
- Language Fluent in English French is a plus.
- Working from home voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining subject to managers discretion.
- Calendar Holiday to follow USA.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 89,000 to 103,000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
