Ce poste soutient le volet Mobilisation des employés (People Engagement) du programme de transformation A220. Le profil recherché est celui d'un professionnel PMO possédant une expérience en ressources humaines, en gestion de communautés ou dans un domaine connexe.
Le candidat idéal combine de solides compétences en gestion de bureau de projets (PMO) avec une expérience en gestion du changement, en mobilisation des employés et en transformation organisationnelle.
Responsabilités
- Mettre en œuvre des initiatives de mobilisation des employés
- Soutenir la transformation organisationnelle et culturelle
- Assurer l'engagement et l'alignement des parties prenantes
- Coordonner les communications et animer des ateliers
- Assurer la gouvernance, la production de rapports, le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et la coordination de projets
Principaux domaines d'intervention
- Accent sur les personnes, la culture organisationnelle et la mobilisation des employés
- Transformation organisationnelle
- Communications, engagement des employés et animation d'ateliers
- Forte composante en gestion du changement
Exigences
- Entre 3 et 6 ans d'expérience à titre de PMBP ou au sein d'un PMO
- Solide expérience en gouvernance et en production de rapports
- Excellentes aptitudes en gestion des parties prenantes
- Expérience dans le soutien de programmes de transformation
- Capacité à travailler en présentiel à Mirabel 3 jours par semaine
- Français obligatoire; anglais requis pour la lecture
- Expérience dans le secteur aérospatial ou dans un autre secteur du transport (ferroviaire, automobile ou fabrication à grande échelle)

Location: Mirabel (3 days a week onsite)
This role supports the People Engagement workstream of the A220 Transformation program. Profile PMO with Human resources experiences (HR, community manager).
The ideal candidate combines strong PMO capabilities with experience in change management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of PMBP / PMO Experience
- Strong governance and reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting transformation programs
- Ability to work onsite in Mirabel 3 days per week
- French mandatory, English for reading.
- Experience In aerospace or other transport (rail, automobile, large scale manufacturing)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $91 452- $ 114 316 / year contingent on # of years experience
