Lieu : Ouest de l’île de Montréal – Mode de travail hybride

CapGemini Engineering est à la recherche de plusieurs concepteurs/conceptrices NX CAD pour travailler sur un projet de pointe dans le secteur aérospatial, situé dans l’Ouest de l’île. Le rôle consiste à remplacer des méthodes/outils existants par des solutions NX CAD au sein d’une grande organisation.

Ce poste requiert une personne organisée, dotée de compétences en leadership et capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision. Vous devez faire preuve de logique, de flexibilité, d’initiative et être en mesure d’adopter une vision à la fois globale et détaillée.

Long Description

Votre rôle :
• Définir et documenter les normes CAD avec Siemens NX, les gabarits et les meilleures pratiques.
• Développer des flux de travail pour la gestion des données CAD (NX) au sein des systèmes PLM Teamcenter.
• Intégrer les outils CAD NX, CATIA V5 et Multi‑CAD à Teamcenter PLM et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
• Offrir des séances de mentorat et créer la documentation utilisateur.
• Examiner les modèles CAD pour en assurer l’exactitude et la conformité aux normes.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de conception, de fabrication, TI ainsi qu’avec le partenaire Siemens.
• Analyser, identifier et proposer des améliorations aux processus d’ingénierie selon les besoins des clients internes.
• Participer à des ateliers pour recueillir les exigences et les récits utilisateurs (user stories).
• Interagir avec diverses parties de l’organisation d’ingénierie pour assurer l’applicabilité des solutions proposées.

Exigences :
• Baccalauréat en génie et plus de 5 ans d’expérience industrielle pertinente avec le logiciel Siemens NX.
• Maîtrise des logiciels CAD NX et CATIA V5.
• Excellente connaissance du GD&T/PMI et des normes d’ingénierie.
• Bonne connaissance générale des principes PLM et expérience avec Teamcenter.
• Excellentes habiletés de communication.
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Solides compétences analytiques, de planification, de résolution de problèmes et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Familiarité avec le développement aéronautique (un atout).

Job Title: NX CAD Designer

Location: West Island of Montreal – Hybrid work environment

CapGemini Engineering are looking for several NX CAD designers to work on a cutting-edge project in the aerospace sector in the West Island. This role entails replacing old methods/tools into NX CAD for a large organization.

This position requires an organized person with leadership skills and able to work with a minimum of supervision. Logical and flexible mindsets, shows initiatives and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.

Long Description

Your role:

  • Define and document CAD standards with Siemens NX, templates, and best practices.
  • Develop workflows for CAD (NX) data management within Teamcenter PLM systems.
  • Integrate CAD tools NX, CATIAV5 and Muli-CAD with Teamcenter PLM systems and troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct mentoring sessions and create user documentation.
  • Review CAD models for accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, IT and Partner Siemens.
  • Analyze, identify, and propose improvements to engineering processes adapted to internal customer needs.
  • Participate in workshops to capture requirements and user stories.
  • Interact with different parts of the engineering organization to ensure applicability of proposed solutions.

Long Description

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years of relevant industrial experience with Siemens NX software.
  • Proficiency in CAD software’s NX and CATIA V5.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T/PMI and engineering standards.
  • Good overall knowledge of PLM principles and experience with Teamcenter.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with aircraft development (an asset).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $100,200 CAD per annum - $157,040 CAD per annum 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
