Responsabilités principales

Ce que vous apportez
- Baccalauréat en génie aérospatial, en génie mécanique ou dans une discipline technique connexe
- Expérience en intégration des intérieurs d’aéronefs, en intégration de systèmes ou en ingénierie aérospatiale
- Une familiarité avec les programmes d’aéronefs Airbus et leurs processus d’ingénierie est fortement souhaitée
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion des changements de conception et du contrôle de configuration dans un environnement aérospatial réglementé
- Expérience avec les outils et processus de gestion des changements et de configuration (PCR, RFC, systèmes de CM)
- Solides compétences en coordination et en gestion des parties prenantes
- Capacité à analyser des sujets de conception complexes et à piloter des solutions multidisciplinaires
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale

About the Role You're Considering
The Interior Integrator is responsible for the end‑to‑end integration of aircraft interior designs programs. This role ensures that interior concepts, detailed designs, and subsequent changes are technically sound, compliant with requirements, and effectively coordinated across internal and external stakeholders. The integrator acts as the focal point between engineering, program management, suppliers, and certification authorities, driving design maturity and managing changes through the change management system.
Key Responsibilities
Design Review & Integration
- Review and assess aircraft interior designs and concepts (cabins, monuments, seats, linings, galleys, lavatories, etc.) for technical feasibility, integration, and compliance with standards.
- Ensure interior designs are compatible with aircraft structure, systems, safety, and certification requirements.
- Identify design gaps, risks, and integration issues early and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Interface
- Act as the primary interface between engineering, program teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Coordinate inputs and alignments across multiple disciplines (structure, systems, safety, certification, manufacturing, and customer teams).
- Support communication with authorities and internal approval bodies as required.
Change Management (PCR / RFC)
- Prepare, submit, and manage PCRs (Problem/Process Change Requests) and RFCs (Requests for Change) through the change management system.
- Drive change impact assessments, including technical, schedule, cost, and certification impacts.
- Coordinate approvals, track progress, and ensure timely closure of change requests.
Program Coordination
- Support program milestones by ensuring timely design maturity and integration status.
- Participate in design reviews, integration reviews, and configuration control meetings.
- Maintain alignment with program planning, deliverables, and aircraft configuration baselines.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure technical documentation is complete, consistent, and compliant with Airbus processes and procedures.
- Support certification, qualification, and conformity activities related to interiors.
- Maintain traceability of decisions, changes, and approvals.
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in aircraft interiors integration, systems integration, or aerospace engineering.
- Familiarity with Airbus aircraft programs and engineering processes is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing design changes and configuration control in a regulated aerospace environment.
- Experience with change and configuration management tools and processes (PCR, RFC, CM systems).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex design topics and drive cross‑functional resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English required.
- French is an asset
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $62,874.00 - $147,504.00
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
