Nous recherchons un intégrateur électrique responsable de l’analyse des problématiques et de la gestion des changements avec les parties prenantes clés (fabrication, FAL, ingénierie, fournisseurs, etc.) à travers le processus de gestion des changements, ainsi que du travail sur les systèmes d’interconnexion de câblage électrique (EWIS).

Votre rôle :

Architecture et conception EWIS

  • Définir, développer et maintenir l’architecture EWIS, incluant le routage des câbles, les principes de séparation, les mesures de protection et les stratégies de terminaison
    Créer des modèles détaillés de faisceaux de câbles et des conceptions d’installation
    Coordonner avec les équipes de conception et d’installation afin d’assurer une définition précise des faisceaux, la sélection des connecteurs et l’intégration avec la structure de l’aéronef

Exigences, certification et conformité

  • Développer et gérer les exigences, spécifications et documents de conformité EWIS conformément aux réglementations de la FAA et de l’EASA (p. ex. 14 CFR Part 25 Subpart H, CS‑25)
  • Réaliser et documenter des analyses zonales afin de garantir que la ségrégation, la redondance, la protection physique et les marges de sécurité satisfont aux exigences de certification
  • Préparer et présenter les données de conception EWIS, les évaluations de sécurité et les dossiers de conformité pour les revues de conception internes et les autorités réglementaires

Intégration des systèmes

  • Collaborer avec les équipes avioniques, systèmes d’alimentation électrique, propulsion, contrôle environnemental et structures afin d’assurer une intégration efficace de l’EWIS sur l’ensemble de l’aéronef
  • Soutenir des études de compromis évaluant les options de routage et les configurations d’aéronefs non traditionnelles, en équilibrant le poids, la maintenabilité, la faisabilité industrielle et la sécurité

Outils numériques et développement

  • Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration des maquettes numériques, des bases de données de routage et des outils de conception EWIS afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la qualité des données
  • Maintenir le contrôle de configuration des modèles de faisceaux, des jeux de données et des définitions d’interfaces à l’aide de systèmes PLM

Soutien à la fabrication, à l’installation et aux essais

  • Fournir un soutien en ingénierie durant les phases de fabrication des prototypes, d’installation, de dépannage et d’essais au sol et en vol
    Travailler avec les équipes de production afin de résoudre les problématiques de câblage, d’optimiser la fabricabilité et d’assurer la conformité aux conceptions approuvées

Vos compétences et votre expérience :

  • Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en génie électrique, en génie aérospatial ou dans un domaine connexe

About the Job you are considering

We are seeking Electrical Integrator who is responsible for investigating issues and managing changes with key stakeholders (manufacturing, FAL, engineering, suppliers, etc) through change management process and working on Electrical Wiring Interconnection System

Your Role:

EWIS Architecture & Design

  • Define, develop, and maintain EWIS architecture, including wiring routing, separation principles, protective measures, and termination strategies.
  • Create detailed wire harness models and installation designs,
  • Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure accurate harness definition, connector selection, and integration with aircraft structure.

Requirements, Certification & Compliance

  • Develop and manage EWIS requirements, specifications, and compliance documents in accordance with FAA and EASA regulations (e.g., 14 CFR Part 25 Subpart H, CS‑25).
  • Conduct and document zonal analyses to ensure segregation, redundancy, physical protection, and safety margins meet certification requirements.
  • Prepare and present EWIS design data, safety assessments, and compliance packages for internal design reviews and regulatory authorities.

Systems Integration

  • Collaborate with avionics, electrical power, propulsion, environmental control systems, and structural engineering teams to ensure effective EWIS integration throughout the aircraft.
  • Support trade studies evaluating routing options and nontraditional aircraft layouts, balancing weight, maintainability, manufacturing feasibility, and safety.

 

Digital Design Tools & Development

  • Contribute to development and refinement of digital mock‑ups, routing databases, and EWIS design tools to improve efficiency and data quality.
  • Maintain configuration control of harness models, datasets, and interface definitions using PLM systems.

 

Manufacturing, Installation & Test Support

  • Provide engineering support during prototype build, manufacturing, installation, troubleshooting, and ground/flight testing phases.
  • Work with production teams to resolve wiring issues, optimize manufacturability, and ensure conformity with released designs.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is CAD $62,874 - $125,747 / year.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
