Votre rôle :

L’intégrateur(trice) de systèmes de propulsion est responsable, sans s’y limiter, du soutien aux activités techniques liées aux systèmes de propulsion des gros avions commerciaux. Les tâches comprennent le leadership technique, le maintien en service et le développement de nouvelles conceptions de systèmes de propulsion, le soutien à la production, les modifications d’aéronefs ainsi que le soutien aux problématiques rencontrées en service.

  • Examiner la documentation de qualification des composantes (spécifications, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc.).
  • Gérer les activités directement avec les fournisseurs et les parties prenantes internes.
  • Effectuer des analyses de causes fondamentales (root cause analysis) et des analyses de sécurité relativement aux problèmes rencontrés en service.
  • Préparer et définir les documents d’exigences techniques ainsi que les évaluations techniques d’ingénierie.
  • Évaluer les propositions techniques des fournisseurs et les demandes internes de modifications de programme.
  • Examiner et approuver les spécifications d’exigences, les conceptions et la documentation de justification technique des fournisseurs.
  • Soutenir les programmes d’essais en vol et au sol des aéronefs.
  • Préparer des rapports techniques démontrant la conformité aux exigences de certification applicables.
  • Soutenir les aéronefs en service en créant et en révisant des dossiers de modifications techniques selon les demandes des clients ou les exigences réglementaires.
  • Participer à l’élaboration des bulletins de service.
  • Soutenir les enquêtes sur la flotte d’aéronefs en service en traitant les rapports de difficultés en service (Service Difficulty Reports).

Exigences :

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en génie aérospatial ou en génie mécanique.
  • Posséder de 3 à 6 ans d’expérience dans l’intégration de systèmes de propulsion ou le développement de pylônes/nacelles.
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des réglementations de navigabilité civile FAR Part 25 relatives aux systèmes carburant et une compréhension pratique des documents d’orientation et des exigences de certification applicables de Transports Canada (TCCA), de l’EASA et de la FAA.
  • Être familier avec les rapports de problèmes (Problem Reports) servant à documenter la cause fondamentale, l’effet immédiat de la défaillance, les mesures correctives et les preuves justificatives.
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension du contenu technique des bulletins de service.
  • Être autonome dans la gestion des tâches avec les fournisseurs et les intervenants clients.
  • Posséder une maîtrise intermédiaire à avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).
  • Démontrer d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Être en mesure de respecter des échéanciers serrés tout en portant une grande attention aux détails.
  • Être capable de communiquer clairement et efficacement, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en anglais.

Job Title: Propulsion Systems Integrator

Location: Mirabel, QC  (Hybrid

Your role: 

The Propulsion Systems Integrator is responsible for but not limited to supporting technical Propulsion system related activities for large commercial aircraft. Tasks include technically leading, sustaining and new Propulsion systems design developments, production support, aircraft modification and service difficulty support.

• Review component qualification documentation (Spec, ATP, QTP, QSR, QTR, etc)

• Manage tasks directly with supplier and internal client stakeholders.

• Run root cause and safety analysis on in services issues.

• Prepare and define Technical Requirement Documents and Engineering Technical Assessments

• Evaluate vendor technical proposals and internal Program Change Requests

• Review and approve vendor requirement specifications, design/ substantiation documentation.

• Support aircraft test programs

• Prepare technical reports to show compliance vis a vis the applicable certification requirement.

• Support in-service aircraft by creating and reviewing engineering modification packages based on customer or regulatory change requests. Support Service Bulletin development. Support in service aircraft fleet investigation by addressing in Service Difficulty Reports.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.

• You have experience working to integrate Pylon /Nacelle or Propulsion system development (3-6 years)

• Knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 regulations relating to the fuel system and have a working understanding of industry advisory material for applicable TCCA, EASA, and FAA certification requirements.

• Familiar with Problem Reports (to document Root Cause, Immediate Failure Effect, Corrective Actions, Evidence)

• Familiar with Technical content of Service Bulletins

• Independent to manage tasks directly with supplier and client stakeholders.

• Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

• You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• You have the capacity to meet deadlines while paying close attention to details.

• You have the capacity to express ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English.

 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $81728 CAD - $98074 CAD / year subject to # of years experience. 

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
